We had the tractor trek visit us with a wonderful talk about feelings and managing emotions - the big message being to talk to someone if you are not feeling happy about things.

If the big message was 'talking to someone if you are not well or happy about things', who do you talk to then ? Is it your teacher, parents, etc ?
I hope you're able to video them talking about that really big main message, so we get to experience it and actually FEEL that message.
